Can I upload photos of merchandise?
Yes. With an enhanced listing (available for $9.95) you may upload up to 15 images. You will not be allowed to upload images with a FREE basic listing.

Your photo/image must be in either a .jpg or.gif file format. Follow the easy instructions to post photos/images as part of your listing information. NOTE: Please make sure the photo image size is close to 72 dpi and no larger than 4 in. x 6 in. in physical size. Also, make sure the image file name contains no characters such as commas, pound signs, or dollar signs before the .jpg or .gif designation.

If I want to change the selling prices, or use a new email account, can I modify the listing and account information?
Yes. We've made it easy for you to update your user account (i.e., add an email, change an address, change a phone number), your sale listing (i.e., change the selling price), or remove a listing at any time. Just click on the "My Account" link to make your updates.

I don't have a "For Sale" sign for my sale, what do I do?
Hy-Ko Products offers a number of Garage Sale and Yard Sale signs that are easily available through our many retail partners. Go to the “Where Do I Buy A Sign?” link on the home page and we’ll direct you to a retailer convenient to you.

How long will my listing appear on sharpbuys.com?
Your enhanced sale listing and items will remain online for up to six months, or until you decide to remove the listing/items yourself…whichever comes first.

I am interested in an upcoming Yard sale that I have seen promoted with a sharpbuys.com sign. It showed an ID number. Can I search using that number?
Yes. Just go to the "want to buy" section of the site, enter the ID# in the appropriate search field, and that particular listing will appear.
